Three Nights Later

Yes, 3 nights later, after a bit of perseverance and tweeking the routine, it worked!! Levi slept and I got almost 6 hours of uninterupted sleep. The girls didn't wake for a drink or the toilet or dreams or wetting the bed. I actually had sleep! Deep sleep, you know when you don't even dream and you wake up in the same position as you went to sleep in. Oooh I feel so refreshed today!! Think I might sit up and watch I movie tonight!
